golf car inverter help please

I have a 2012 golf car from FairPlay that is not responding to power signal.
I am troubleshooting now.
The inverter is: Acter-48v AC Traction Inverter, Model No. ACT 48C460F00
There is a blinking red LED visible on the cover (fault indicator?)
I would like to have a manual for troubleshooting and service,
and perhaps a way to access and manage the unit (via the RS232 connection?)
Any assistance you may be able to offer is appreciated,
